This service is ideal for marketers new to the recruitment industry, for solopreneurs who need expert coaching or for recruitment businesses with small teams who want to run their own marketing but lack the inhouse expertise.

You’ll learn how to create a marketing strategy for your business, how to deliver that strategy, how to run your department on a day to day basis, how to hit your business goals and how to overcome all the usual issues marketing can face in recruitment. ThinkinCircles has a team of experienced recruitment marketers who understand the dynamics of the recruitment industry. Our mentorship program will provide you with a dedicated marketing mentor who will have run departments and be at a senior level in their career.

You will have time every week for guidance, training, discussion and feedback with your mentor (approximately 1 hour). Though your mentor would always be on hand to answer urgent questions via email or whatsapp. The goal is to empower you to be the best marketer possible, so you'll definitely come away with homework!
